Here you will find news and updates about http://www.spearsfever.com – the site that is set to become the new official home of Susana Spears online photo and video portfolio of artistic erotica. I started this blog to chronicle  the development of my site http://www.shapesinmotion.com – which is set to become the first glamor fitness website on the internet. I now find myself in the truly gifted position to also be writing about spearsfever.com – the site which will become the home to shapesinmotion. The merger of glamor fitness with Susana Spears was really a no brainer. Susana has long had one of the fittest bodies online – a sculpture of perfection whose curves have been held in reverence by millions across the net.

The launch date for http://www.spearsfever.com is set for sometime in late January 2008.

New Nudes.

I just spent some time going over the new site details with Susana. She really has a lot planned for spearsfever.com. The site won’t be a solo model site – it will feature new models that have never before been shot nude. For the first time, Susana is stepping behind the camera to shoot her own pictures. Based on her extensive experience as an erotic model I am betting that she will capture the beauty and charisma of these new models in a truly unique and breath taking way. Every photo shoot will have a behind the scenes video – including interviews.

“I want to do something more like a channel or magazine” Susana said in our last conversation, “something much bigger than just a model website”. What seems clear to me right from the get go, is that this is not going to be your typical model site / fan site. Susana clearly has a pretty sharp head on her gorgeous shoulders and her drive and enthusiasm to create something far beyond the norm is exciting to witness.

It has been a while since I have written anything but to be honest I have just been very busy putting things together. There were some delays getting things finished – mainly because we changed horses when it came to our web design team. We were very lucky to partner with a web design company in Holland that specializes in flash and flash CMS. The delay launching the site has already proven to be worth it however because our new team are absolutely op notch guys and they have shown themselves to be super dedicated and enthusiastic.

The biggest news is that shapesinmotion.com will now launch in late January as part of a new site that web supermodel Susana Spears is launching called http://www.spearsfever.com. We were lucky to shoot with Susana for Shapes, and it soon became very clear why she is such a huge star online. This partnership will really be the best of both worlds – and the members will get access not only to all of the hot shapes girls working out, but all of Susana’s content she has been working on these past months. It is possible that Shapes will become its own stand alone site in the next 18 months – but for now we are very happy to find our home at spearsfever.com

From here on out I will be updating with news from both spearsfever.com and shapesinmotion.com.

Too Sexy?

We were reviewing our content from the first 2 shoots and it hit us that it might be too sexy for a fitness site. Don’t get me wrong we are aiming for sexy – but maybe having girls on their hands and knees doing leg lifts in tiny thongs is a bit much. I guess its a fine line – obviously we are pushing the http://www.shapesinmotion.com girls as the main thrust of the site when it is eventually launched in November. The concern is that the site will be too Maxim and not enough Nike.

This will be a completely non-nude site – that is defiantly a line we will never cross. The models we are shooting are not in anyway erotic models – is it silly to be concerned about the videos being too sexy?

We have lined up a shoot with a Miss Aerobics model – I think this girl is the current Miss Aerobics of the Czech Republic – so my thoughts are if we strayed a little to far away from sporty, this girl will likely bring us back on course.

Incredible Model.

We had a great night last night. Incredible shoot. Perfect model.

We started production at 10pm again and right from the start I knew that we had picked a great model to work with. Kate had such a great attitude from the get-go. She was energetic and engaged in what was happening – she even took over as the stylist and on several occasions picked out her own clothes. This girl was not afraid to let herself shine – she routinely chose to wear thongs because as she explained in Czech “they just look better.” We quickly decided that her screen name will be Kate because with her slight figure, long legs and curly blond hair she is a dead ringer for Kate Hudson.

I directed 6 exercise video clips with Kate and our photographer made some incredible images that will be added to the splash page of our site http://www.shapesinmotion.com once it launches.

The first videos we shot of Petra were incredibly sexy, but we have raised the bar to a new level with this latest shoot. The good news is that we have booked Kate for another shoot to follow up on what has turned out to be the hottest shoot to date.

Next Shoot.

Sunday we are gearing up to shoot our next model. The only thing I know about this girl is that she works as a personal trainer in Prague. She sent through some casting photo’s to our email address, but to be honest, I have been reviewing so many model applicants over the last few weeks that I can’t place her as I write this. It’s always tough to cast from pictures, but holding live castings is very difficult not to mention costly. We had a casting 2 weeks ago in the centre, but the results were less than we were hoping for. We have been looking through a lot on online agencies, but trying to book via the internet can be really hit or miss. I had an idea about searching some social networking sites for profiles of potential models – we will see where this avenue leads.

The shoot tomorrow is on the books for 4 hours, with an option to extend the production to 8 hours if there is positive chemistry between the model and the camera.

We just signed up a Swedish lighting director who worked with us for the first time last night. The results were incredible. I will be posting some images from that shoot soon. I have not heard from our Australian web design team in a few days – they have my specs for the homepage, I have the feeling that I should check in with them soon and check their progress.

Production.

Shapesinmotion.com had its first shoot last week with 19 year old Czech Model Petra (see the header image). Not only was this her first fitness shoot, but it was also her first modeling experience ever. Our team put her through her paces, and after 8 hours of shooting and at least a dozen strength training exercises later, I think she was glad to call it a day. We actually called it a night, because we were on location at a fitness centre after hours, and the shoot went from 10pm till 6am. This was the first of many more shoots that will follow throughout September, October and November.
